The Brand & GTM Analytics Manager position at Block is designed for seasoned professionals who thrive at the intersection of marketing, data science, and strategy. Reporting into the Growth Marketing Strategy & Analytics team, you'll own the analytical framework for brand marketing performance. This means unifying fragmented top-of-funnel measurements and ensuring brand channels have a seat at the executive table. You'll develop geo-based insights roadmaps for priority markets, partnering with Product, Data Science, Customer Insights, and Marketing leaders.
Cash App started as a peer-to-peer payment solution in 2013 and has evolved into a full financial ecosystem including Afterpay/Clearpay for buy-now-pay-later. Your work will directly influence how we grow this ecosystem by making data-driven recommendations on where to invest next. Expect to handle complex datasets from diverse channels, build scalable reporting, and craft narratives that drive multimillion-dollar decisions. This role offers remote flexibility within operating countries, embodying Block's distributed, innovative culture.
Key challenges include scaling measurement for market-specific campaigns and integrating brand data into advanced models like Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
