The Boeing Competency Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) Flight Deployment Team supports airlines with the implementation of the Boeing Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) and Evidence Based Training (EBT) programs.

The CBTA Program Support Officer role is to support the effective and efficient reporting and coordination of all necessary activities associated with the implementation of the CBTA program adoption by Boeing customer airlines. This includes monitoring and tracking airline CBTA implementation progress, liaising with each of the Deployment team airline assigned Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CBTA Deployment team to maintain accurate and up to date schedules

  • Produce weekly and monthly project reports for the senior leadership team

  • Manage and report on CBTA program risks and issues.

  • Organize and schedule meetings with CBTA program stakeholders & customer airlines

  • Take minutes and document agreed actions from stakeholder meetings

  • Attend and co-ordinate dependencies with other Boeing departments, projects and programs

  • Support the Deployment Support Manager with communications and reporting.

  • Deputize for other members of the CBTA team when required

  • Other duties as required to enable the CBTA deployment objectives.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience as program management

  • Customer focus & attention to detail

  • A formal project or program qualification

  • Aviation / airline industry experience

  • Proficient in spoken & written English

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge or experience of Airline Flight Operations Training processes, practices and procedures ideally related to CBTA-EBT programs and other aviation safety training programs.

  • Experience in managing projects & programs.

  • Use of Microsoft Project and or Project Web Application

  • Strong data visualization skills

  • Other spoken languages
