Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Fabrication is seeking a Fabrication Value Stream Integration Lead (Level  4) to support the Interiors and Electrical business unit based out of Everett, Washington.

This role will support the Interiors Responsibility Center WA, Interiors Responsibility Center South Carolina, and Electrical Systems Responsibility Center, enabling stability in the supply chain. This role requires partnership with leaders across Fabrication and Global Supply Chain Category Leaders. The lead will work closely with the Fulfillment team to identify risks and issues, elevate to the appropriate level, and work to resolve. The lead will discover new opportunities and solutions for enabling supply chain stability.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure integration and collaboration with stakeholders, including Fabrication leaders, Fulfillment teams, Category teams, and Supplier Quality
  • Utilize supply chain experience to remove roadblocks, drive resolution, and increase stakeholder trust and satisfaction
  • Ensure resolution of top supplier issues and risks for assigned Fabrication business units
  • Provide visibility on supplier recovery plans and progress to plan
  • Assess rate readiness risks, within the business unit, tied to supplier late delivery and ensure plans to mitigate risks

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Processes 
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership 
  • 5+ years of experience in leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
  • Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
  • Domestic travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading supplier recoveries
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of experience with interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
