The Boeing Company is looking for a Software Engineer - Test & Verification (Associate, Mid Level or Senior) to join the Phantom Works Weapons Software team located in Saint Charles, Missouri. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization.
Are you a meticulous tester who thrives in fast-paced teams and rising to the challenge of delivering safe, high-quality software? Join a collaborative engineering organization where you’ll work closely with software developers, systems engineers, cross-functional stakeholders, and support teams to release production-ready code for state-of-the-art weapons systems. In this role you will be able to make an immediate impact on systems where reliability and safety are mission-critical, work in a fast-paced Agile environment and shape and improve test strategy, automation, and verification for cutting-edge defense software.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate, Experienced and Senior Level Software Engineers.

Summary Pay Range Associate (Level 2): $85,000 - $115,000
Summary Pay Range Mid Level (Level 3): $104,550 - $141,450
Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 4): $119,000 - $161,000
