  • Mentor product team members and collaborate with program management on release planning and delivery cadence.

Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of professional experience in product management, technical product management, or platform leadership.
  • 5+ years focused on data platforms or data products (ingestion/integration, metadata/catalog, MDM, governance, or data security).
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms and services (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Proven track record in incorporating data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong technical literacy with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT), metadata/cataloging, data warehouses/lakes, and APIs.

Preferred Qualifications(Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Direct experience with MDM implementations, enterprise data catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation), or lineage solutions.
  • Experience scaling platform services and driving adoption across multiple business units (e.g., demonstrated % increase in adoption or reduction in time-to-integrate).
  • Familiarity with data contracts, automated governance/policy enforcement, and machine-readable policy tools.
  • Experience with machine learning lifecycle and MLOps
  • Experience in regulated industries (aerospace, finance, healthcare) with strong emphasis on security and compliance frameworks.
