As a Boiler Operator at PepsiCo's facility in Moscow Lianozovo, you will play a critical role in maintaining the uninterrupted supply of steam essential for our production processes. This full-time position involves operating advanced steam boilers, including two DE25 units and two Wisman boilers, to deliver 20 tons of steam per hour at 13 bar pressure. Located at Dmitrovskoye Shosse 108, this role offers a dynamic work environment with a rotating shift schedule of 2 days, 2 nights, and 2 days off (8:00-20:00 shifts). Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will ensure operational excellence and safety:

• Take proactive measures to guarantee continuous steam production in required quantities and parameters using specified boilers.
• Maintain all normative journals, promptly documenting any issues or observations during operations.
• Continuously monitor heat energy resource consumption and accurately record meter readings in designated logs.
• Perform regular preventive inspections on primary and auxiliary boiler room equipment, as well as control and measurement instruments.
• Actively participate in planned preventive repair and maintenance activities for all equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Deep knowledge of steam boiler designs and operations for both domestic (e.g., DE25) and foreign (e.g., Wisman) production.
• Proficiency in gas equipment and auxiliary boiler room systems.
