Key Responsibilities

In this position, your daily tasks will directly support PepsiCo's efficient manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and servicing boiler equipment, specifically liquid fuel boilers, to maintain optimal performance.
• Ensuring proper consumption and efficient use of operational materials, including water, steam, fuel, and electricity.
• Conducting repairs on primary and auxiliary equipment, pipelines, and related systems to minimize downtime.
• Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and water treatment system works in the boiler shop according to the Planned Preventive Repair (PPR) schedule.
• Monitoring system parameters and troubleshooting issues to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates who bring technical expertise and a proactive mindset to the team. Required qualifications include:

• Secondary specialized technical education, with a specialty in boiler operator or machinist for boiler installations.
• Valid certification (удостоверение) for working as a boiler operator.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; recent graduates or young specialists in heat energy (теплоэнергетика) without experience will also be considered.
• Confident PC user skills for logging data, monitoring systems, and reporting.

Knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory compliance in boiler operations, and basic mechanical repair skills are highly valued. Russian language proficiency is essential for this role in Vladivostok.
