Role Overview

As the Boiler Shop Manager at PepsiCo's state-of-the-art facility in Moscow Lianozovo, you will oversee the operational leadership of the boiler room and energy systems critical to our production processes.   • Provide operational leadership to personnel, including control, motivation, development, and labor resource planning.
  • Guarantee uninterrupted, accident-free performance of core and auxiliary boiler room equipment, such as boilers, water treatment gear, pumps, heat exchangers, deaerators, economizers, chimneys, gas distribution units, steam and hot water pipelines, and heating systems.
  • Maintain equipment reliability and servicing safety standards.
  • Handle maintenance, operation, and timely, high-quality repairs of boiler room assets.
  • Develop job descriptions and production instructions for boiler staff.
  • Participate in accident and breakdown investigations, root cause analysis, act preparation, and preventive measure development.
  • Monitor and control energy carrier consumption within your scope.
  • Submit procurement requests for spare parts, materials for maintenance, repairs, and process needs.
  • Accept equipment into operation post-repair or installation, including project-related assets.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting on operations and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Higher technical education in heat engineering, mechanical engineering, energy engineering, power supply, electric drive, electrification, automation, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years as Energy Shop Chief (including ventilation and plumbing sections) or Main Energy Engineer at facilities with 10+ MW electrical capacity, artesian wells, and freight elevators.
  • Minimum 3 years as Boiler Room Chief or Deputy with steam boilers.
  • Proven experience implementing world-class practices like LEAN, TPM, and 5S.
  • Conversational and written English at pre-intermediate level or higher.
  • Advanced PC skills, including MS Office, SAP, business correspondence, and articulate communication.
  • Specialized certifications: Electrical safety group 5 (above and below 1000V), valid permits for pressure vessels and steam/hot water pipelines, electrical installation rules, consumer electrical maintenance rules, industrial safety attestation for pressure equipment, pipelines, and thermal units, labor protection norms, fire safety, and equipment repair standards (SAP PM).
