1)Take lead for crossfunctional projects to reach our plant vision - in a team with sales, customers and logistics interfaces in transport / warehousing / packaging. 
2) Work with our internal and external partners to optimize our carbon-neutral footprint and efficiency; implement and optimize working standards; appraisals of our top partners
3) Work with lean methods across the entire value chain - from end to end
4) Deepen your knowledge and create further cost optimization potentials with the area managers and controlling team
5) Be a function driver for innovative i4.0 solution development and drive the implementation

Qualifications

• Educational background: Oversea famous university master, or master w/ oversea work experience;
• Working Experiences:

           1) Experience in digitalization across the value chain (production, supply chain, related fields)
           2) Distinct analytical skill
           3) Good process analytic skills like flowcharts, value stream design and classical lean tools
