As a sales manager, you will be responsible for business acquisition in the field of PVD and DLC wear protection coating. Detailed tasks are as the following:
1. Manage the entire sales cycle – from qualifying the potential requests, building a competitive value proposition to negotiation till accepting the customer order
2. Achieve assigned order and revenue target by selling BOSCH coating products: PVD, DLC coating machines and job coating service
3. New market and customer development, build strategic relationship with customers, setup and maintain annual key sales plan.
4. Work with coating center management and experts on quotations
1. Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree;
2. More than 5 years working experience as sales in the field of PVD/CVD/DLC coating;
3. Customer centric selling and large accounts development skillset;
4. Good communication and negotiation skill;
5. Fast learning capability and self-motivated sprint;
6. Willing to travelling with high-efficiency result.
