• Leading for the business improvement and development of Rexroth industrial hydraulic – ship service, energy cylinder service. As well as the relevant sale support for products, scenario, solution etc.

推动力士乐工业液压中的船舶服务、油动机服务等后市场的业务增长。以及在产品、解决方案上做好相关的销售支持工作；
• Responsible for collaborating with regions, sales partners, plants and pushing follow-up of customer’s inquiry. Coordinating sale team to reach business targets.
负责与区域、经销商、工厂等合作，以及跟进客户需求，协调销售团队共同完成销售目标；
• Proactively push service resources, including engineering, services, quality, logistic etc. Completing technical solutions, operating procedures, and on-site service quality and progress management.
积极争取各种服务资源，包括协调技术、服务、质保等。完成技术方案，操作流程，现场服务的质量和进度管理
• Responsible for monitoring, recording, analyzing and reporting of sales data of relevant application. To propose and drive action plan of business growth.
负责相关售后市场销售数据监控，记录、分析、汇报等工作。提出业务增长的行动计划;
• Propose and implement reasonable suggestions and standardize relevant service support processes, including customer after-sales support and relationship maintenance, service promotion, customer complaints, crisis incident handling, etc.;
提出合理化建议并规范相关服务支持流程，包括客户售后支持和关系维护，服务宣传，客诉问题、危机事件处理等;
• Active management of the ship service and energy service business with the local and global service team
与本地及全球服务团队配合对船舶后市场及能源行业后市场进行积极有效管理；

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in hydraulic transmission control, industrial engineering, mechanical/electrical automation and other related majors.
液压传动控制，机械/电气自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
• Have good communication skills, collaboration skills, and good teamwork spirit.
具有良好的沟通能力、协作能力，良好的团队合作精神；
• Have 5 years or more experience and well-developed network in marine & off-shore and/or energy industry. Priority will be given to those with experience in hydraulic application.
具备5年及以上液压应用经验。有海事、离岸设备、能源行业应用经验者优先；
• Familiar with basic knowledge of various commonly used hydraulic components, independent hydraulic scheme design and component selection skills are preferred.
熟悉各种常用液压元器件基础知识，有独立液压方案设计、元器件选型技能优先；
• Proficient in operating Microsoft office software and commercial knowledge such as sales data analysis capabilities.
熟练操作微软办公软件等，有一定的销售数据分析能力和经验；
• Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
具备良好的英文听说读写能力;
• Ability to independently manage and follow-up on sales cases, those with project management experience are preferred.
独立管理并跟进销售订单/项目的能力，如有项目管理经验者优先；
