Description

- Customer claim handling (organize team for root cause analysis / risk assessment / define measurs etc.)
- Daily workshop quality issue and unqualified parts handling;
- Participation in and coordination of project management;
- Engineering change request coordination;
- Quality-alert sharing and coordination;
- Regular process audit to internal process
- Prepare Quality Management Review presentation for internal/external issues;
- Leading top quality issue problem solving systematiclly
- 客户投诉处理(组织团队分析根本原因/风险评估/制定相关措施等）
- 工厂内部生产过程中质量问题以及不合格品处理
- 项目管理的参与和协调
- 工程变更需求的协调
- 质量警报的分享和协调
- 对内部生产过程定期进行过程审核
- 为质量管理评审会议准备有关质量资料
- 领导top质量问题的系统化分析解决

Qualifications

- University degree in mechanical engineering or related,
- Practical experience in production quality work, knowledge of quality management methods,
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem solving methods (e.g. 8D, FMEA),
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering technology and products,
- Good team player with interpersonal skills and further potential to develop,
- Good at statistic knowledge and analysis with related software(Q-DAS/Minitab etc.)
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Hydraulic product and application knowledge and experience prefer
