Description

•Organize and carry out company hydraulic and electrification product testing according to testing requirement, make analysis on testing result, write testing report, give advice to ENG design team to improve product design. 
根据测试要求组织实施公司产液压，电驱产品测试，对实验结果进行分析，写出实验报告，为研发部门改进产品提供指导性意见。
•Responsible for maintenance and calibration for testing benches in ENG. 
负责研发部测试设备的正常维护和设备标定。
•Make equipment malfunction analysis together with hydraulic engineer and improve maintenance service level continuously, to ensure the equipment running well.
与液压工程师一起对故障进行分析并不断提高服务能力，保证设备正常运行。
• Optimize equipment performance and increase working efficiency continuously with digitalization tools, reduce equipment downtime and efficiency block.
利用数字化工具优化设备性能，增加设备效率，减少设备停机时间和消耗。
•Provide technical support on electrical part in development of new testing bench.
为新测试设备的开发提供电气方面的技术支持。
•Organize the filing and storage of the equipment documentation (users manual, software, …).
组织设备技术文档的管理和存储 （例如使用手册和应用程序等）。

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechatronics or Automation机械电子或自动化本科及以上。
•Above 5 years of maintenance/testing experience in electrical equipment of test bench. 五年以上的试验台电气设备维护或者测试经验。

•Above 2 years of team management experience about lab management. 两年年以上的实验室管理经验。
•Good knowledge in electrical equipment, PLC hardware and programming, data acquisition and processing, and control system. 良好的电气机械、PLC硬件及编程、数据采集与处理以及控制系统知识。
•Experience in development of hydraulic testing equipment is a plus. 有液压测试设备开发经验者优先。
•Good command of English in written and oral communication. 良好的英语写作和口语能力。
•Self-motivated, able to work under pressure积极主动，能在压力下工作。
