•量产产品的工艺优化，和产线日常问题解决

Process optimization for mass production and daily production line issue resolution 

•准备产品FMEA，控制计划，作业指导书, 保养计划。。。

Preparation of product FMEA, control plans, work instructions, maintenance plans, etc.

•负责设备放行.

Responsible for equipment release

•ECR 执行

Execution of ECR (Engineering Change Requests)

•负责自己制程的生产效率的改善

Responsible for improving production efficiency in own processes

Close collaboration with production and related departments

•负责所属区域的精益生产

Responsible for Lean Production in owner area

•培训和教导产线员工

Training and coaching production line employees

•负责生产线的备件与易耗品使用的控制

Managing spare parts and consumables usage for the production line

•支持样品试制

Supporting sample trial production

•其他可能分配的特殊任务

•与部门其他同事一起优化数据管理系统，并通过数据分析辅助分析问题原因及呈现改善结果。

Collaborating with other team members to optimize the data management system, using data analysis to identify root causes and present improvement results.

Qualifications

机械类/自动化专业

Mechanical/Automation Engineering Major

有基本的数据统计能力,了解python(R语言)编程，会使用Minitab, tableau/power BI等软件优先

Basic statistical analysis skills, familiarity with Python/R programming, and experience with Minitab, Tableau/Power BI preferred

英语作为日常工作语言

Proficient in English as a working language

熟练MS-office

Skilled in MS Office (Excel/PPT/Word)

熟悉装配工艺技术（拧紧，防错，压接控制）

Familiar with assembly processes (fastening, error-proofing, press control)

有精益生产经验

Experience in lean manufacturing

有项目经验，能独立自主解决问题

Project experience with independent problem-solving ability

熟练的问题解决经验（8D/PSS）

Proficient in problem-solving methodologies (8D/PSS)

对IATF16949 P6熟悉的，优先

Knowledge of IATF 16949 (P6) is prefered
