Description

1. Define the V&V plan according to the test specification and project request.根据项目需求和产品测试规范，制定测试计划
2. Build the test setup, conduct the test content, collect and analyze test data, complete the test report搭建试验装置，执行测试内容，整理并分析测试数据，完成试验报告的输出
3. Optimize and improve product testing capabilities and testing methods, develop internal testing standards and procedures.优化与提升产品测试能力和试验方法，制定内部测试标准和流程
4. Perform the daily check of test equipment and 5S of the test area.做好试验设备的日常点检和试验区域的5S
5. Response the field commissioning and test according to the project request.根据项目需求，负责客户现场的调试与测试

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree on Mechanical Electronics Engineering. 机电工程、液压流体类专业本科以上学历
2. Have the basic knowledge in hydraulic area, Experience in industrial hydraulic valve design, testing, or application is preferred. 具备基础的液压知识，有工业液压阀设计、测试或者应用经验者优先
3. Familiarity and mastery of knowledge in signal processing, control theory, and relevant application and debugging experience are preferred. 熟悉和掌握信号处理、控制理论等知识，有应用和调试经验者优先
4. Have strong problem-solving skills, able to identify and solve technical problem during testing. 较强的问题解决能力，能够在测试过程中识别和解决相应的技术问题
5. Good communication and coordination skills. 良好的沟通和协调能力
6. Fluent English in reading and writing.  熟练的英语书写和阅读能力
