Description

1. Manage Factory Automation advanced service & project engineering team, develop advanced services project business; 管理博世力士乐工厂自动化增值服务及项目工程组工作并负责拓展增值服务及项目业务；
2. Improve advanced service & project design, execution capacity and capability; 负责提升增值服务及项目工程方案设计及实施能力；
3. Improve technical skill and project execution capability of engineering partners; 负责提升工程合作伙伴的技术及项目能力；
4. Design and improve project process; 负责制定及改善项目业务流程；
5. Cooperate with sales & service sales to develop the advanced services &  project business continuously in new industry and customers.  与销售及服务销售部门紧密合作，持续拓展新行业及新客户的增值服务及工程项目。

Qualifications

1. College bachelor degree or above, Mechanical Design and Automation, or Electric Control and Automation, relevant majors；大学本科及以上学历，机械设计及自动化，或电气控制及自动化等相关专业；
2. Over 8 years working experience about non-standard equipment and special machine, or retrofit & modernization development and project management； 有至少8年以上年从事非标设备或专机，或工程改造等业务拓展及工程项目管理经验；
3. Be familiar with transfer line, assembling and tightening products & system, knowledge about electric control as plus, can organize configuration, design and engineering execution work; 熟悉了解输送线产品，组装拧紧产品，懂电气控制产品优先，能够组织选型,设计及工程施工等工作；
4. Working experience in international environment, Strong leadership about team management; 具备外企工作及团队管理经验，有很强的领导力；
5. Can shoulder working pressure, tackle different complex working conditions; 能够承受工作压力，可以应对各种复杂工作环境；
6. Good communication and coordinating skill, fluent in English, German as plus.良好的沟通及协调能力，英语听说读写流利，懂德语者更佳。
