Description

1.     Responsible for EM magnet, mechanic, concept study, requirement analysis and SOR development.

2.     Responsible for EM mech. structure design related to EM system including EM housing, A/B shield plate, interface to eAxle reducer.

3.     Responsible for the EM cooling system design

4.     Responsible for 2D , 3D drawings and process related development.

5.     Responsible for mechanic. simulation(FEA)

6.     Prepare related products FMEA , Focus matrix

7.     Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers;

8.     Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;

Qualifications

1.     Master degree or above in Mechanic design/Electronics/Electrical, etc.

2.     Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller

3.     Knowledge on electronics, electrical, mechanics, auto-control

4.     Basic understanding of automotive components and control system

5.     Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit

6.     English written and verbal

7.     Willingness to work and interact in international teams
