Description

• Responsible for design review, design release and design change management of 3D/2D/BOM/technical documents of the responsible components
• Responsible for metal structure design concept definition and its optimization acc. to defined design target
• Responsible for design robustness verification
• Responsible to fulfill the design tasks defined by lead design engineer
• Responsible for technical definition and design on test sample, test fixture and test bench
• Responsible for problem solving during design development
• Responsible for technical requirement releasing towards supplier and make technical approvement in PPAP
• Support leader design engineer to structure and maintain the product’s design guideline
• Support V&V engineers to structure the validation plan, and TCD specification
• Cooperate with cross-functional dep. to fulfill the dev. target of eCOM platform

Qualifications

1. (mandatory) Mechanical, Mechatronic or Thermal Technology background. BS degree up.
2. (mandatory) Have more than 3 years’ experience as automobile’s eCOM designer.
3. (Preferred) Exp. in eCOM new generation dev. as a main member.
4. Have deep knowhow of design to cost and well industrialization exp. on eCOM integration, compression unit and mechanical components.
5. Familiar with DRBFM, DFMEA
6. Familiar with CAD software: like NX/TC and PDM software: like SAP
7. Familiar with cooperation w/ cross engineering functional team, such as simulation, sample shop, etc;
8. Good at working in an international and technically demanding environment
9. Motivative and strong ownership;
10. Good English in oral and writing.
