•领导并发展招聘团队，提升团队专业能力和业务协同效率。
•制定团队目标、绩效标准及工作流程，确保高质量交付。
•作为业务部门的战略合作伙伴，深入理解业务战略及人才需求，提供定制化招聘解决方案。
•设计并实施端到端招聘计划，包括岗位需求分析、渠道策略、候选人评估及入职跟进。
•持续分析汽车、互联网、智能工业等领域的人才市场趋势，提供数据驱动的招聘策略建议。
•定期输出行业人才竞争报告，为业务决策提供支持。
Qualifications
•8年以上HR招聘或者BP相关经验，3年以上团队管理经验，有大型企业或快节奏行业（如汽车、互联网、智能制造）招聘经验者优先。
•作为业务人才顾问，曾独立负责从需求分析到Offer管理的全流程招聘。
•熟悉汽车、互联网或智能工业领域的人才分布、竞争态势及吸引策略，能提供行业针对性建议。
•出色的候选人寻访和人才链接能力。
•强大的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题并推动改进。
•优秀的跨部门沟通能力，能高效协调业务、HRBP及高管层。
