Description

• Responsible for mech, concept study ,  requirement analysis and SOR development,
• Responsible for mech. structure design related to power module layout , EMC shielding and other electronic rules compliance  (creeping distance, insulation distance)
• Responsible for 2D , 3D drawings and process related development.
• Responsible for mech . simulation(FEA)
• Prepare related products FMEA , Focus matrix
• Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers;
• Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above, major in mechanical design, electrical engineering or electromechanical;
• Deep understanding of the future technical direction of power electronic products in the automotive industry, familiar with industry technology trends;
• Understanding of related tooling application, Ansys,  ProE, UG,
• Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller
• Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resources
• Passion for work, strong execution, strong independent work ability and innovation;
• Good English Language Skills, both English literature and fluent discussion
