Job Description
Description
- 业务部门 (BU) 和部门之间的第一联络点
- 管理从创新阶段到生产结束 (EoP) 的平台和客户项目
- 业务部门 (BU) 和材料现场采购 (PDxy) 之间的接口，用于战略和运营主题
- 负责外购件和技术成本节约项目的变更管理（RPP = Ratio Project Planning）
- 在内部跨职能团队和供应商内领导项目以实现项目目标（成本、质量、交付、期限、预算和能力）
- 参与同步工程 (SE) 团队，与供应商协调 SE 工作
- 监控和跟进项目状态，同时向管理评审会议报告
- 项目时间规划，组织定期项目会议和项目管理文件
- 按照项目管理标准推动和组织项目的每个里程碑
- 与供应商进行技术讨论，以便在质量、工程师的支持下发布新零件。
- 支持在零件发布阶段解决问题
- 在项目结束时推动和组织经验教训
Qualifications
- 机械工程、工业工程师或类似学位课程方向的硕士
- 基本的采购或/和制造或/和项目管理知识
- 能看懂图纸、技术规范，有一定的加工工艺知识和经验
- 良好的沟通协作意愿和能力
- 良好的中英文阅读、写作和口语
