Job Description
Description
- 协助样件工程师做好样件生产前的准备工作，包括物料和生产线的准备及确认。
- 按照样件生产流程，根据样件图纸和BOM要求进行样件的生产。
- 能正确操作样件生产过程中所利用到的各种设备。
- 能独立换型并处理生产中遇到的问题。
- 对样件生产过程进行检查和记录，包括首件记录及制成参数，保证样件可追溯性，如有不符合项，立刻向相关工程师反馈。
- 按产品要求对样件进行成品检验和测试。
- 发货前确认所有生产相关文档完整、正确、签字。
- 完成其他工作内容，相关负责区域5S整理。
Qualifications
- 机械或相关背景的职业学校毕业
- 在生产领域至少两年工作经验
- 具有较强的动手能力和工作责任心
- 会使用办公软件
