Description

1. Overall lead tasks from project award to mass production +3 months phases;

2. Ensure project scope/timing/cost/quality under control during develop and validation phases;

3. Overall lead change management in product life cycle

4. Lead continuous improvement to company's organizational process assets

5. Support sales on business acquisition tasks

6. Enhance customer relationship as main contact window during develop and validation phases

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree and major in engineering

2. Be familiar w. ITAF16949, Automobile product development regulation as APQP/PPAP;

3. Be familiar w. electronic/mechanic control product and basic SW development;

4. 5 years and above PM experience with preference in automotive

5. Ability to influence, driving
