Job Summary：

Responsible for all quality control and quality assurance in the plant.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product&process quality of production line:

  -Handling internal&external quality issue to deep dive root cause and countermeasures.

  -Leading quality related process improvement to support the organization CIP more  efficiency and better quality

  -Take part in PFMEA review and lead regular PFMEA Line walk/ S@S

  - Control plan review and edit

2. Yearly product audit plan & implementation.

3. Define quality assurance plan / safe launch plan for new focus projects/new components.

4. As quality function representative in EC management, avoid customer complain due to EC implement and comply with internal EC process.

5. Support internal and external audit activity.

6. Plant to plant quality issue coordination.

7. Control and disposition of non-conforming products&concession coordinator.

8. Quality tools and method implementation.

9. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Good oral and reading English skill.
• Familiar w/ PowerBI, PPT
• Strong data analysis ability, programming skill (JAVA, C, SQL, Python etc) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowlege of IATF16949, VDA6.3, VDA6.5
• Knowledge of FMEA, Control plan, special characteristic， FTA, 8D, 5why,14Q
• Collaborative, Ownership
• Bachelor or above degree in mechanical/electrical/automation or other technical/engineering related.
