Description

• Overall Lead the brake caliper development.
• 导制动卡钳的开发
• Create & release product specifications (drawings, material specifications, BOM and so on) including sliding pin system and pad sliding system.
• 创建和释放产品技术标准，包括图纸，材料标准，物料清单等,包括滑动销系统和摩擦片滑动系统的设计
• Perform design reviews and follow up &close OPL.
• 执行设计评审，跟踪并关闭开口问题
• Create and maintain D-FMEA.
• 创建和维护DFMEA
• Collaborate with suppliers, SE work and ensure the manufacturability at supplier side.
• 供应商合作，同步开发，确保供应商端的制造可行性
• Collaborate with plant, SE work and ensure the manufacturability at Bosch plant side.
• 与工厂合作，同步开发，确保工厂的制造可行性
• Problem solving on ball screw related topics: functionality, reliability, NVH etc.
• 解决开发过程中的各种功能、可靠性，噪音问题
• Cooperation & regular exchange with Germany design platform.
• 与德国平台协

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (8+ years) or master’s degree (5+ years) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related fields.
• 机械或者汽车相关的学士（8年）或者硕士（5年）学位
• Have minimal 5 SOP caliper projects experience.
• 至少有5个量产项目的开发经验。
• Have experience of designing the modular components in caliper, including sliding pin and pad sliding system
• 有卡钳标准件的设计经验，包括滑动销系统和摩擦片滑动系统。
• Be able to understand simulation method, and optimize design based on simulation result.
• 能理解仿真方法，并运用仿真结果优化设计。
• Be familiar with the key process of caliper components, such as die casting, machining, broaching & heat treatment.
• 熟悉卡钳的关键零部件的关键工艺，比如说铸造，机加，拉刀，热处理等等
• Understand and able to apply the engineering method such as V model, DRBFM, DOE
• 可以理解并运用产品开发的工具，比如说V 模型，DRBFM，设计实验等等
• Understand & able to apply reliability approach in the development.
• 可以理解并在开发过程中运用可靠性的方法
• Good skills in English communication required.
• 要求熟练的英语沟通
