我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的高级仓库经理，负责监督仓库日常运营、推动流程优化并主导仓储数字化变革。理想的候选人应具备扎实的仓库管理及精益物流背景，擅长跨部门协作，并能高效管理团队和现场运作。
主要职责：
- 现场日常管理 – 监督进出库物流运营，确保高效合规和质量，交付， 成本要求。
- 团队管理 – 鼓励激励员工积极转型， 主导仓库布局优化及团队技能提升。
- 流程优化 – 运用价值流图析（VSM）与价值流设计（VSD）或其他AI 应用工具改进工作流程。
- 数字化转型 – 推动自动化与数字化项目， 能积极学习并使用AI 应用工具并落地。
- 外部服务商管理 – 协调第三方物流、外包公司及设备供应商的合作关系。
- 审核合规 – 主导内外部审核，确保符合行业标准。
- 跨部门协作 – 与生产、物流及采购团队紧密合作，优化仓储运营。
Qualifications
任职要求：
- 学历：工业工程（IE）、物流或相关专业专科本科及以上学历。
- 经验：
- 8年以上 仓库管理、规划或精益物流经验，汽车或工业制造行业优先。
- 具备仓库实操经验，包括蓝领员工管理能力。
- 了解仓储硬件（AGV、叉车、WMS等）及系统（SAP、MES等）。
- 语言与能力：
- 英语基本满足日常工作沟通需求。
- 出色的问题解决、领导力及团队协作能力。
- 系统化思维，以结果为导向。
