Description

1. On-site technical Support and trouble-shooting for braking products, e.g. ESP, iboost and IPB in GMW

2. Re-flash SW for samples and vehicles

3. Perform on-site SW testing

4. Brake system VAF function joint tuning with customer

5. Prototype vehicle installation support and application vehicle check on customer side.

6. EOL task for all GMW and GMW projects

7. On site GMW & GMW production line check

8. Summarize issues and communicate with internal team to make issues clear and give customer feedback our plan for next step.

9. Support project team on sample handling, track project status, and coordinate technical and timing issues

10. Maintain good customer relationship

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering education background, vehicle engineer is preferred

2. Be familiar with Vehicle CAN Net and Diagnosis

3. Be good at communicating with customers

4. Be familiar with procedure of SW testing

5. Be familiar with plant system

6. Know basic info of General Assembly
