【岗位职责】
1. 全面负责生产工厂的MAE（制造工程）与EWAK（生产质量保障）规划；
2. 支持工厂产能爬坡，确保新平台产品项目时间计划；
3. 支持座舱产品工业化及工艺流程；
4. 支持工厂生产降本。
Qualifications
1. 项目管理与设备规划能力，5年以上汽车电子/智能制造行业项目管理经验，主导过MAE（制造自动化设备）及EWAK（工装夹具）全生命周期规划，具备新产线投产、设备调试及产能爬坡实战经验；
2. 熟悉EMS（电子制造服务）外包流程，能协调供应商完成产品工业化导入（NPI）、工艺优化及质量管控；
3. 掌握VA/VE（价值分析/价值工程）方法论，具备工厂降本增效（RPP）措施制定与落地经验；
4. 能协调研发、生产、采购团队完成设备与工艺的同步开发，解决跨部门资源冲突；
5. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业工程、自动化相关专业；
6. 有汽车电子域控制器/智能座舱产品量产经验佳；
7. 抗压能力强，能适应多工厂出差；
8. 英语可作为工作语言。
