Description

1. Support the project with respect to data protection compliance of the product to be developed.  支持项目产品开发的数据合规分析。 

2. Support the project with respect to data protection compliance of the activities throughout the project lifecycle.  支持项目生命周期数采活动的数据合规分析。 

3. Deliver data category list & data flow chain for data collection and function design. 为数采和产品设计制定数据分级分类表和数据链路图。 

4. Cooperate with global data protection experts to derive data protection concept according to applied data protection laws/regulations. 和全球数据安全专家基于适用的数据保护法律法规合作制定数据保护方案。 

5. Guide and support project to implement data protection concept. 指导和支持项目实施数据保护方案。 

6. Coordinate to solve project pain points and continuously CIP on data protection topic. 协调解决项目的数据保护痛点并组织持续改进。 

Qualifications

1. Major in computer/information technology/data management/data security. 研究生或以上学历，专业为计算机/信息技术/数据治理/数据安全。 

2. >=3 years of experience in data security projects. 三年以上的数据安全项目经验。 

3. Good knowledge on personal data, important data, survey & map data definition and compliance requirements, like anonymization, pseudonymization, access control, privacy contract.充分了解个人数据/重要数据/测绘数据定义及合规要求，比如匿名化，假名化，权限管控，隐私合同等。 

4. Have basic knowhow about CN and overseas data compliance laws/regulations, e.g. PIPL, GDPR.基本了解中国和海外的数据合规法律法规，比如PIPL, GDPR等 

5. Very good written and oral English, CET 6 or above, and very good communication and coordination skills. 非常擅长英语写作和口语，CET6 或以上水平 ，非常擅长沟通和协调。 

6. Active, rigorous and willing to take responsibility. Strong ability of problem solving. 积极主动，愿意承担职责，较强的问题解决能力。 

7. Experience in data protection officer or data security officer is plus. 有DPO, DSO 相关经验优先考虑。 

8. Experience on data loop design for automotive industry is plus. 有汽车行业数据闭环设计经验优先考虑。
