Description
- 负责智能座舱场景端侧部署和端云协同架构下大模型的技术调研、选型与评估。
- 负责座舱场景下大模型在端侧（如高通、英伟达等嵌入式平台）的产品化部署、性能优化与推理加速，确保满足车载环境的性能要求。
- 负责设计、开发与实现基于大模型的AI Agent架构与应用，赋能智能座舱的对话、规划、工具调用等复杂交互功能。
- 结合座舱垂直场景（如车载助手、场景智能等），进行大模型的精调、领域适配与效果评测。
- 支持并协同开发、测试团队，推动AI特性在智能座舱产品中高质量落地与量产。
Qualifications
- 精通大语言模型及多模态大模型技术，熟悉机器学习、深度学习，熟练掌握PyTorch、TensorFlow等框架。
- 精通大模型的端侧部署、性能调优与轻量化技术（如模型量化、剪枝、蒸馏、编译优化等），熟悉TensorRT、ONNX、QNN等工具链。
- 精通AI Agent的技术原理与架构设计，具有复杂Agent应用（如ReAct, Tool Use等）的开发与实践经验。
- 精通大模型的微调技术（如Fine-Tune, LoRA等）及评测框架。
- 3年以上机器学习/大模型相关研发经验，具备优秀的编程能力，熟练掌握Python/C++。
- 英语口语流利，具备良好的团队沟通与合作能力，对前沿技术充满热情。
- （优先）熟悉向量数据库及相关技术。
- （优先）熟悉Android，具备移动端或嵌入式平台AI开发部署经验。
- （优先）熟悉高通、英伟达等平台AI工具链，具备相关性能调优经验。
