职位内容:
1.与博世具体需求相结合，负责提升VLM在细分领域上的性能和表现，提高模型安全性和可控性。参与数据集的处理和管理，开发并优化大模型。
2.与国内顶尖大学研究者紧密合作，推动研究的完成与落地，发表学术论文、申请相关专利。
3.积极跟进大模型的前沿技术发展，探索新技术进行原型验证。

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research on improving performance of Vision Language Model (VLM) in specific domains, and enhancing the safety and controllability of models. Participate in the processing and management of datasets. Develop and deploy VLMs and MLLMs.
2. Closely collaborate with researchers from top institutions in China, push the completion and application of research projects, publish academic papers, and apply for relevant patents.
3. Actively follow frontiers of research, extensively explore viable research ideas and applications, and verify prototypes.

Qualifications

我们希望你：
1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、应用数学等相关专业的博士。有较强的编程能力，熟练掌握PyTorch等主流框架。
2. 熟悉多模态大模型或LLM，有相关项目经历者优先。
3. 流利的英语听说读写能力，有海外经历者优先。
4. 在顶尖期刊或会议上发表过论文者优先。

Requirements:
1. Strong programming skills, proficiency in mainstream deep learning frameworks, e.g. PyTorch. Experience in relevant projects is a plus.
2. Fluency in English, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3. Doctorate degree in computer science, AI, applied mathematics, physics, automation or other STEM majors.
4. Publications in top journals or conferences are a big plus.
