Job Description
Description
- 负责将训练框架转换后的AI模型（如E2E、VLM、BEV、occupancy、NLP等）部署到基于QNX/Linux/Android的嵌入式环境中，以支持AI座舱或自动驾驶产品的运行。
- 解决AI模型部署过程中遇到的技术问题，包括工具链、编译、集成和运行等
- 与芯片供应商积极沟通和解决遇到的问题
- 研究和评估不同硬件平台和软件框架，为不同的计算场景选择最佳技术方案
- 与基础软件团队合作，基于芯片硬件资源和软件架构优化设计，确保算法在整体系统中的有效集成和性能表现
- 与算法团队合作，支持算法工程师优化模型，包括模型压缩、量化、剪枝、蒸馏等，降低模型大小和计算复杂度
Qualifications
- 计算机科学，软件工程，人工智能或相关电子类专业本科及以上学历，计算机知识扎实
- 三年以上AI模型部署经验，具备汽车自动驾驶或AI座舱实际项目经验
- 熟悉自动驾驶常用AI模型，有深度学习模型部署、性能优化经验优先
- 熟悉异构计算，对CPU/DSP/GPU/NPU等计算资源有深刻的理解，开发和优化高效的通信和同步方案，确定芯片算力瓶颈等
- 有端侧AI芯片上部署模型的经验者优先，如高通SA8255/英伟达Orin/地平线J6等，熟悉QNN/OpenCL/TensorRT/CUDA等相关技术栈者优先
- 了解或熟悉常见的深度学习框架（如PyTorch、TensorFlow等），熟悉CNN, Transformer等深度学习基础知识
- 精通嵌入式端软件SDK交叉编译、集成、开发和调试
- 熟悉Linux/QNX操作系统，包括任务调度，内存管理等
- 熟悉C++/Python编程语言
- 无障碍阅读英文芯片手册和技术文档，prefer口语能交流
