Description
- 负责智能座舱产品AI 大模型相关技术调研、评估。
- 负责座舱场景下，大模型在端侧(嵌入式平台)的产品化设计、优化。
- 结合客户产品定义、支持端侧大模型基于垂直场景训练、调优、评测。
- 支持开发和测试部门完成AI产品落地、量产。
Qualifications
- 精通大语言模型技术，熟悉常见的大模型产品，熟悉机器学习、深度学习，掌握常见深度学习框架（PyTorch, TensorFlow 等）。
- 精通模型训练、性能调优、蒸馏、FineTune、LoRA等技术。
- 精通AI Agent和App开发。
- 精通大模型评测框架。
- 熟悉分布式训练技术和框架; 熟悉云计算相关技术, 了解MaaS。
- 3年以上机器学习、大语言模型相关研发工作经验。
- 具备优秀的编程能力，熟练掌握Python/C/C++/JAVA。
- 英语口语流利。
- 良好的团队沟通和合作能力。
- 具有创新精神，善于捕捉创新点，对于前沿技术保持热情。
- 熟悉数据库技术，熟悉向量数据库、对象数据库，有相关经验优先。
- 熟悉Android AI 框架，有移动端AI开发和部署经验优先。
- 熟悉英伟达、高通AI工具链，具备相关开发、性能调优经验优先。
