Description
- Global assistant buyer role in purchasing.
- SAP contract management including deviation management(Prices, terms, missing contracts, Invoice deviations, etc.).
- Supporting the strategic buyers with daily administrative tasks.
- ECR coordination and support within and out of purchasing.
- Supporting the strategic buyers to issue shopping cart requests and PO’s for samples/tooling.
- Ensuring that all contracts are managed according to mitigation controls.
- Act as SAP key user and DSP role in purchasing.
- Manage small volume suppliers if necessary.
Qualifications
- Personality: diligent, attentive and with high sense of responsible, open minded and high spirit of team work.
- Working Practice: Structured working and high affinity for cross-departmental cooperation.
- Experience and Knowledge: 2+ years of administrative or purchasing experiences is preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
