This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week). 

The Associate Project Manager is reponsible for the coordination of packaging artwork projects in compliance with product, marketing, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Job duties include:

  • Collecting & consolidating required artwork contents per requirements
  • Facilitating creation of artwork with external agency & internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining art files (filing for records & processing in master database)
  • Tracking projects, timelines and associated costs
  • Supporting Operations (product setup tracking, Bill of Material entries in master database, manual upload in marketing database, product safety review follow up) for transition topics

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Previous work expeirence in design work or graphic design required
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (CS) required
  • Experience with project management and working as part of a cross-functional team required
  • Understanding of pre-press, printing processes and operations required

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 to $110,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
