Description

Understand, support and optimize Access Management@BBM as main responsible of the expertise process and participate into the global Access Management@BBM network.

Activities include, but are not limited to:

• Supports e.g. managers and application owners in authorization topics on SAP and Non-SAP systems in the responsible area. 
• Consults in authorization issues.
• Ensures risk-reduction with cleansing activities according to their expertise and by using central BBM Access Rights.
• Ensures that the Access Rights that are no longer required are revoked on time (e.g. Recertification).
• Supports the rollout by adapting the Access Rights based on the location specific needs and ensure that the identities in the location get the required Access Right integrally and on-time.
• Supports the auditors with requested information when required.
• Contributes to the automation initiative in BBM (e.g. Business Role Management).
• Central contact in authorization topics for:
  • Access Management@BBM Team
  • Manager, users, application owner, ISP Partner (former DSP), Process Expert and others
  • Rollout projects
• Feedback to the central team Access Management@BBM to improve the concept, services and tools, footprint in new developments

Qualifications

• Professional degree
• Advanced English
• Good understanding of local processes
• Process Experience in SAP area
• SAP Knowledge at least in one area
• Knowhow in IT-Systems and structure elements topics is an advantage
• Skills in analyzing authorizations
• Is able to analyze and understand requirements from the business, to select respective Access Rights and assign them
• Multi-level communication skills
• Ability to work in international teams (e-Collaboration)
• Good interpersonal skills and customer focus 
• Passionate to relieve ordinary business from Access Management technical issue
• Project management skills
• Presentation skills
• Problem solving skills
