Description

• Self-organized work: You will become part of the agile cost engineering &
benchmark organization of ME (ME/PCB-CN), work in a self-organized team.
• As product electric hardware benchmarking sub project leader
• Conduct internal and external product electric hardware benchmarking.
• Perform electric hardware reverse engineering and cost analysis.
• Identify Best of Benchmark on product electric hardware and electrical
Functional Cost Analysis.
• Help shape the future: You will work actively in SE teams from the early
innovation phase and determine target cost for purchased parts and value
add of ME products in the areas of:
o Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)
• Collaboration with development, production, supplier and controlling teams.
• Conduct workshops to identify potential cost savings and define sets of
measures.

Qualifications

• Personality: responsible, cost-conscious, convincing and assertive.
• Working method: goal-oriented, proactive and analytical.
• Desire to succeed with entrepreneur mindset.
• Experience and know-how, in-depth knowledge of:
o EMS, testing engineer
o EMS, supply chain management
• Very good in moderation and organization.
• Languages: Business fluent English and Mandarin skills, spoken and written.
