Position Summary: Roadside Protect is committed to delivering the best emergency roadside assistance experience for our customers. The best experience means a satisfied customer who has their emergency situation handled efficiently and timely by an understanding and empathetic team. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French-English) is responsible for coordinating emergency assistance services of our clients while working in a team environment. This position is expected to provide excellent customer service and consist primarily of phone work in a call center atmosphere. This is a full time, onsite position.

To achieve the ambitious objectives of our recently acquired company in Itasca (Roadside Protect Inc.) we are looking for a Billingual Customer Service Rep (French-English) to join our Ops team. Roadside Protect is a strong provider of towing and roadside administration services in the U.S. and Canada and we are committed to delivering an excellent emergency roadside assistance experience for our customers. By connecting both companies, Roadside Protects deep regional industry knowledge is brought together with Bosch’s technology and service expertise, and global service setup.
