Description

• Help collect, analyze, and report operational data using Power BI and Excel, and learn how data supports decision-making 
• Support daily departmental needs such as office supply orders, training requests, facility needs, fixed asset tracking, and 5S checks 
• Assist with market and industry research and help summarize findings for the team 
• Take part in improving and digitalizing processes, including basic documentation, simple automation tasks, and teamwork with different teams
• Support the end-to-end (360°) organization of meetings, events, summits, and site visits, while using modern digital collaboration tools

Qualifications

• Currently a university student  in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling, with willingness or initial experience in Power BI, data visualization, or reporting tools 
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks such as operational support, research, and coordination activities 
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams); exposure to ERP, automation, or AI-assisted tools is a plus 
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English, proactive mindset and interest in event organization, teamwork and learning in a fast-paced environment
