The Budget and Cost Center Controller will be part of the small, but rapidly growing finance team at Bosch Roseville. As such, they will be responsible for setting up a structured process for the monthly cost center reviews with all cost center owners (managerial level). They lead and execute tasks within recurring controlling processes, including Monthly Business Reports (MBR), Current Forecasts (CF), and annual Business Planning (BP). The successful candidate works independently in SAP/R3 and understands their role as a true business partner providing the cost center owners with the transparency needed. To achieve this, they will be working with geographically dispersed colleagues on developing a suitable Power BI dashboard solution.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $125,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
