Description

1. Project Implementation & Delivery‌
   • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public/Private/On-Premises) modules, including requirements analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
   • Develop and manage project plans, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
2. ‌Client Engagement‌
   • Collaborate with clients to clarify business needs, propose tailored solutions, and resolve technical/process challenges during implementation.
   • Support pre-sales activities, including technical demonstrations and solution presentations.
3. ‌Cross-functional Collaboration‌
   • Coordinate tasks and timelines as a module lead, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
   • Deliver user training and develop documentation (e.g., operational guides, business blueprints).

Qualifications

1. Education & Background‌
   • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; overseas education or fluent English proficiency is preferred.
2. ‌Experience‌
   • 3-5 years of SAP project implementation experience (consulting firm background preferred), with full lifecycle participation in ≥3 projects (requirements gathering to go-live).
   • Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA Cloud features; cloud migration or hybrid deployment experience is a plus.
3. ‌Technical Skills‌
   • Deep proficiency in ≥1 module (e.g., FICO, SD) and cross-module integration capabilities.
   • Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) and ability to design solutions independently.
4. ‌Soft Skills‌
   • Good  English communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
   • Personal laptop required (some employers offer device subsidies).
