Description

As a Controlling Business Partner, you will play a key role in monitoring and managing stock and financial processes while collaborating with business leaders.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Perform stock revaluation for year-end closing, quarterly closing, and forecast cycles
  • Coordinate stock-taking processes
  • Manage inventory differences and postings in SAP
  • Serve as SAP key user for stock processes
  • Support audit requests
  • Act as a business partner to Heads of Department
  • Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports on stocks, overhead costs, and performance indicators
  • Perform business plans and current forecasts jointly with other areas
  • Monitor and analyze costs to ensure adherence to budgets
  • Collaborate with directors and managers to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities
  • Conduct data and deviation analysis for monthly business reports and forecasts
  • Prepare monthly reports and participate in period-end closing activities
  • Support the ramp-up of controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Experience:

  • Proven experience in management controlling and financial analysis
  • Hands-on experience with stock management and SAP

 

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3; experience with S/4HANA is a plus
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Power Query is advantageous

Languages:

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
