Job Summary

Support the changes in organization, help associates understand the business and encourage morale.

Promote company culture and support to enhance employees’ sense of belonging with the company.

In charge of the editorial for company publications, i.e.newsletter for associates, social media (WeChat, video etc.)

Be responsible for communication activites and media events. 

Support corporate brand management; crisis management, raise public awareness of Bosch.

Job Responsibilities

Communicate business strategy, value and vision of the company.

Help employee understand business and buy in corporate brand via different channels and methods

Provide top information/message/stories to generate effective communication

Build up, maintain and innovate effective communication channels

Editorial tasks of printed and social communicaiton (i.e. newsletters, brochure, news headline, intranet news)

Lobbying local media and PR agencies

Formulation and execution of communication campaigns/events/seminars/salons/town hall meeting

Promote company image and Corporate Social Responsibility in the region and locall community

Establish and maintain media relationship with mainstream and local media community

Responsible for idea creation and creativity consolidation










 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 4-year working experience
3. Experience in storytelling and news writing
4. Experience in media or public relationship
5. Knowledge in marketing, public relationship etc.
