XC-CE Business Unitの製品において、Globalなチーム と協力しながら、JOEM向けのプロジェクト管理を担当頂きます.

(製品 : Central Gateways, Zone ECUs, HPC, Keyless System, Powernet solution)

• プロジェクトのEBIT目標を達成する
• プロジェクトのあらゆる側面において、最初の顧客連絡先となる
• EBITを確保の上、品質、スケジュール、製品コストの目標を達成する
• プロジェクトの予算管理
• Quality Gate Check を実施し、プロセス適合性の調査結果に対応する
• プロジェクト組織のセットアップと維持のため、コミュニケーションとレポートをする
• プロジェクトの定義された範囲内でプロジェクトメンバー、サブプロジェクト、スペシャリストチームをリードする
• リスク管理を行う
• 関連するすべてのプロジェクトドメインの調整を行う
• プロジェクトのリソースを計画する
• プロジェクトメンバーのGPDの中のトレーニングニーズの定義に助言する
• プロジェクトの状況をSteering Communityに報告する
   

You will be responsible for project management towards JOEM,  for products within XC-CE Business Unit, collaborating with global teams.
(Products : Central Gateways, Zone ECUs, HPC, Keyless System, Powernet solution)

• Reach EBIT target of the project
• First customer contact for all project aspects
• Reach targets for quality, schedule and product costs to ensure EBIT
• project budget
• Organize and conduct QGCs, reacts on Process Conformance findings
• Set up and maintenance of a project organization with defined communication and reporting
• Lead the project members and the sub projects and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project
• Coordinate Change management
• Risk Management
• Coordination of all relevant project domains
• Resources planning for the project
• Contribution to the definition of training needs of the project members for the GPD.
• Report project status to steering committee

Qualifications

必要な経験・スキル

• 工学修士　(Computer science / IT / Electronics / Communications / Electrical / Mechanical ))
• 自動車業界での勤務経験　(10 年以上)
• 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
  （英語：TOEIC 650以上・ビジネスレベル　, 日本語 : N2以上あるいはそれ相当の能力）
• プレゼンテーションスキル＆ネゴシエーションスキル
• チームワークが得意な方
• プロジェクトリーダー又はプロジェクトマネージャーのご経験(5 年以上）

有れば望ましい経験・スキル

• 海外のチームとの職務経験
• PMO Certification あるいはそれ相当の経験
   

Required Experience & Skills:

• Master's degree in Engineering (fields such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Communications, Electrical, or Mechanical).
• Over 10 years of work experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in communication in both Japanese and English:
  • English: Business level with a TOEIC score of 650 or above.
  • Japanese: Equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
• Over 5 years of experience as a project leader or project manager.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Working experience with overseas teams.
• PMO certification or equivalent experience.
