Description

As a Supply & Demand Planner you will play a critical part in aligning demand and supply across regions, managing inventory, and improving forecasting accuracy. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and forecast demand across countries and product groups
• Coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with regional Sales and Marketing teams
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimise overstock
• Ensure timely and efficient supply to local distribution centres
• Track and analyse KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate planning data in SAP and contribute to master data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or demand planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
• Experience with SAP (planning or logistics modules preferred) or other planning tool
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
