Description

• Manage and maintain the company's cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
• Administer and support Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of the infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to support their infrastructure and networking needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, DNS, Web Application Firewall.
• Continuously improve the infrastructure by staying up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Education:

• MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or similar roles, with a strong focus on Cloud Operations.

Technical Skills:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Proficient in managing and migrating cloud infrastructure, particularly on AWS. Experience with VPC, EKS, CloudFront, S3, CloudWatch, and Transit Gateway.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong experience with Terraform for automating infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Containerization and Orchestration: In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker. Proven ability to manage Kubernetes clusters.
• Monitoring and Logging: Experience with monitoring cloud infrastructure using Prometheus and Grafana. Familiarity with log management solutions like fluent-bit.
• Networking: Understanding of cloud networking concepts, including Transit Gateway, VPC flow logs, and security groups.
• Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation.

Soft Skills:

•  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with development teams.
• Proactive, customer and result-oriented personality.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken
