We are seeking an experienced EBS Software Systems Engineer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in EBS (Electronic Braking System) development, with a strong background in software engineering and system requirements. You will play a key role in defining EBS system requirements, testing functionalities, supporting software development, and guiding calibration team for commercial vehicle applications.

Key Responsibilities (核心职责)

1. Requirement Development & Documentation (需求开发与文档撰写)
   • Develop and document EBS system requirements (e.g., ABS, VDC, TCS) based on customer and regulatory standards.

根据客户及法规要求，编写EBS系统需求文档（如制动防抱死ABS、车身稳定控制VDC等功能）。

1. System Testing & Validation (系统测试与验证)
   • Design and execute test cases for EBS functionalities (HIL/SIL/vehicle-level).

设计并执行EBS功能测试（硬件在环HIL/软件在环SIL/实车测试）。

1. Technical Support (技术支持)
   • Clarify EBS functional logic to software developers and support implementation.

为软件开发工程师解释EBS功能逻辑，确保代码实现符合需求。

• • Provide calibration guidance to optimize EBS performance (e.g., pressure modulation, wheel slip control).

为标定工程师提供参数优化指导（如压力调制、轮速控制等）。

1. Cross-functional Collaboration (跨部门协作)
   • Work with safety, hardware, and validation teams to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and other standards.

与功能安全、硬件及测试团队协作，确保系统符合ISO 26262等标准。

Qualifications

• Must-Have (必备条件)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Computer Science.

本科及以上学历，电子工程、车辆工程或计算机科学相关专业。

• • 2+ years of experience in EBS/ABS/ESC systems for commercial vehicles.

2年以上商用车EBS/ABS/ESC系统开发经验。

• • Proficient in system requirement writing (e.g., DOORS, ) and testing tools (CANoe, INCA).

熟练使用需求管理工具（如DOORS）及测试工具（CANoe、INCA）。

• • Deep understanding of EBS core functions: ABS, VDC, TCS, and related regulations (e.g., GB/T 12676, ECE R13).

熟悉EBS核心功能（如ABS、VDC、TCS）及法规（如ECE R13）。

• • Fluent English for technical discussions and documentation.

英语流利，能进行技术讨论及文档编写。

• Preferred (优先考虑)
  • Experience with auto code generation (MATLAB/Simulink) or embedded C.

• • Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) or ASPICE.
