Description
- Derive product load profile and test profile
- Perform reliability partitioning and calculate product reliability
- Evaluate reliability performance via stress and strength comparison
- Perform mounting assessment
- Drive the reliability performance improvement
- Define product validation proposal and review with specialist/expert
- Create validation report including evaluating the deviations and communicating with OEM
- Provide input to technical customer document in reliability relevant domainPrepare the TCD (technical customer document) for project
- Support validation engineer for validation quality confirmation and improvement
- Communicate with Bosch world wide development network
Qualifications
Education:
Master in ectromechanical engineering, material science or similar
Working Experience:
3 years’ reliability working experience in electrical unit, semi-conductor
Automotive experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
Master most important failure mechanism of electrical control unit, experience with acceleration ageing module
Familiar with failure analysis method, material behavior or simulation
