1, Approach key End-user Accounts to identify whole FA potential (EV, Li-Battery and PV industry) and drive the OEM/SI ADMs follow up those opportunities and convey to Rexroth Sales revenue

2, Target oriented end user business development with reliable growth and profitability potential

3, Insight regarding customer project pipeline and customer strategic planning, Grab Year-over-Year value-based growth potential with end user and opportunity to build trust-based business relationships to achieve new business, orders, revenue, and investments on Sales force.

4, Keep close contacts with key customers, including new customer acquisitions and foster & develop new end user concepts with DC product

5, Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, and lead our different ADM as stakeholders engage into strategic sales pursuits when needed.

Qualifications

  1. Over 10 years’ experience in the relevant industries or technologies

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering.
