Job Description

• Responsibility for compliance with global and national export control regulations and policies
• Actively monitoring and tracking from proposed rules/regulations changes , communicating impact to the organization, and providing solutions to mitigate export compliance risk exposure.
• Implementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Bosch Global Standards and Procedures within his/her area of responsibility and translation into national processes.
• Consulting for all Export Control related questions in China
• Continuous monitoring of business activities as well as review and release of business models or individual transactions
• Steering and support of internal and external audits
• Responsible for export license process including determination of license requirement, preparation submissions and monitoring of licenses
• Review and audit of US/CN Export Control Classification
• Monitoring of national export control law changes and continuous alignment with the global export control governance te
• Responsibility to evaluate deemed export transactions
• Review and update Export Control contract clause/language in agreements, NDA's, quotes

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in law, international trade and business, engineering or other relevant areas
• 8+ years of experience with export control
• Demonstrated ability to advise internal customers on regional and global policies and processes
• SAP / GTS knowledge or equivalent system
• Ability to work across all levels of an organization (including executive and with cross-functional teams)
• Team player attitude
• Strong customer orientation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
